The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has identified two victims killed in a shooting rampage Wednesday at a Minneapolis apartment building.
According to BCA Superintendent Drew Evans, Muse Abdi Afrah, 61, and Dale Henry Spry, 63, were both shot and killed after the gunman, Carlton Johnson II, took an elevator up to the ninth floor of Shoreline Plaza. Afrah and Spry were both believed to be residents in the apartment building.
