It’s Funday Friday, and Twin Cities Live is celebrating a delicious piece of local history — the KSTP building has called the Minnesota State Fair home for an incredible 79 years. With nearly eight decades of fair expertise under their belt, the team knows a thing or two about navigating the fairgrounds like a pro. Building supervisor Kate Bendell shared some of her favorite fair food hacks to help you make the most of every single bite.
