FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — The Minnesota State Fair is a high-energy experience, packed with people, animals and fried food.

If you need a break from the busyness of it all, Fraser offers a variety of sensory supports to calm down and regulate your nervous system.

Fraser Sensory Building is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day of the fair. The building has VR headsets with calming visuals, interactive activities and therapy dogs.

Gina Brady, Supports & Training Program Manager, visited KARE 11 News at Noon on Wednesday to share more.
