Good Thursday—First Day of the Fair–morning!
After a cool start to the Fair with morning temperatures in the 50’s and lower 60’s, we can expect sunshine mixed with a few patchy clouds on to start the Great Minnesota Get Together.
Afternoon temperatures today will rise into the lower 80’s.
We will see a nearly full lunar eclipse Thursday night.
The peak of the eclipse will occur at 11:12 pm when the moon is covered by 93% of the earth’s shadow.
The moon will appear an orange/copper color tonight under mostly clear skies!
Friday will be another nice day with the next chance for some scattered showers or thunderstorms coming late Friday night and Saturday morning, but no washouts are in the forecast.
