The St. Paul Police Department has released new video of an incident outside Regions Hospital earlier this month, in which an officer shot and injured a domestic assault suspect.
It happened after a 911 caller reported a domestic assault on the 400 block of Temperance Street at around 9:15 a.m. on Aug. 10.
